WFP is a feminist organisation which aims to improve the living and working conditions of women who live or work on commercial farms through rights-based capacity-building of women farm workers and supporting their self-organisation to claim and realise their rights, while lobbying, advocacy and campaigns are aimed at amplifying the voices of farm women, influencing duty-bearers and effecting structural and systemic change.
